Can any one help? my sons psp is no longer reading games or video since he downloaded music from our pc, the little disc icon no longer comes up on the screen needless to say he is gutted, if anyone can offer advice would be much appreciated cheers cheryl

Weve had a couple of probs with my sons, both times i reset the system to default and eventually got it back working again.
