I use a program called DVDecryptor to extract from the DVD. There is one option that allows you to select the movie as one set of data (I don't have the information here).
You need Quicktime up and running on the PC otherwise you get an error.
I then use a program called PSP Video 9 to format the film to PSP format. Using a resolution of 368x208 for a widescreen movie.
